As a trainee teacher, you need to manage

three time zones:

  • Zone 1. Structured Time
  • Zone 2. Unstructured Time
  • Zone 3. Your Personal Life

Make some time to plan your day.

  • Build up your physical resilience; you need to be fit and healthy if you are a teacher.
