Model for Partnership Work • RESOURCES/INPUTS • What organizations are interested? • What TA centers are interested? • What states are interested? • What do we know about our constituents’ needs that will be answered by this activity? • What do we have to build on? • How should we use the Partnership resources? • ACTIVITY • What are the critical elements that everyone needs to know? • What are the presentation and information elements that will answer the most for the most? • How can we keep people connected around this issue? • How can we help people use the information that they learn? • RESULTS/IMPACT • Are we using the outreach potential of our organizations? • Are we learning how to ‘customize’ the message for particular groups? • Are we helping people to use the information they learn through other organizational channels? • Do we know if it makes a difference? Organizational Connections in the IDEA Partnership • We are looking to move toward a deeper approach to first level outcomes in all we do with organizations. • We are looking to more actively work with organizations that want to achieve second level outcomes • We want all the organizations to help us to assess the results and impact of our work! • Watch for these themes throughout the meeting!
