  3. John 3:1-5 • “There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, ‘Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God

  4. John 3:1-5 • for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.’ Jesus answered and said to him, ‘Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.’

  18. Repent and be baptized.

  19. I John 1:9 • “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”

  20. Baptism is an outward sign that an inward change has taken place in the heart.

  21. The Bible does not teach infant baptism.
