  7. Five criteria for evaluating Web pages • Accuracy – is there contact info? • Authority – who wrote it? • Objective – what is its purpose? • Currency – when was it updated? • Coverage – how is it organized? What don’t they want you to see?

Team Practice • Evaluate your organization’s website • When was it last updated? • How can you contact them? • Who is the President? • Are they using Social Networking? • How do they post jobs? • Do they use an outside source? • Do they have comprehensive benefits page? • Do they have detailed job descriptions? • What is your overall impression of the site?
