  1. Get Started with Assistance PSA Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011™ For Resellers Only .

Get started with… • To get started with Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 you need to sign the following documents: • Assistance Software Registered Agreement or Premium Agreement • PSA declaration form • You need to mail the signed documents to pam-team@assistancesoftware.com • After your have signed the documents you will get access to the Assistance PSA FTP Server.

  3. Get started with… • To get started with Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 their are three different options: • Demo PSA Online • Install the Assistance PSA Solution on your own image • Install the Assistance PSA demo Database and Solution

  4. PSA Online • Go to Explorer and type: ftp://82.94.226.182 • Login with your credentials • Download the following login document; • Assistance PSA for Dynamics CRM 2011 Demo Server.pdf

  5. PSA Online • https://psa.assistancesoftware.com/assistancepsa Bug CRM Online To open forms or add new records you need (sometimes) to click twice. Outlook integration At this moment the demo server is not integrated with Outlook. We are currently working on setting up a demo exchange server where we will add demo appointments that will integrate with PSACRM. As soon as it is available, we will let you know. SharePoint integration We expect to have this ready at the end of this year. Dynamics ERP integration We will not set up any integration with Dynamics ERP in this environment. We will provide, however, a Hyper-V image that will be integrated with Dynamics ERP. This should be available at the end of this year or early next year.

PSA Managed CRM 2011 Solution • Go to Explorer and type: ftp://82.94.226.182 • Login with your credentials • Download the following login file; • AssistancePSA.zip • Installation_PSAsolution_Manual.pdf This PSA managed solution will only provide the PSA CRM 2011 managed solution with No organization and No Database. Required a license key.

PSA demo Database with Solution • Go to Explorer and type: ftp://82.94.226.182 • Login with your credentials • Download the following login file; • AssistancePSA_mscrm.zip • Installation_PSAdemodatabase_Manual.pdf This PSA database with solution willprovide the PSA CRM 2011 managed solution with demo organization and demo Database.
