  1. The breeder can only state show potential at the time of sale . I can NOT guarantee how the cat will develop after that time. 3.Cats sold on active register -The above cat is being sold as a whole cat ,to be used in a responsible , ethical and loving breeding programme . It is understood that the interest or ownership of the cat cannot be transferred or sold to another individual. This animal is to be maintained within the household of the purchaser and not be loaned , leased, gifted, or traded .Buyer agrees that all litters produced by this cat are to carry only the name of the purchasers cattery. 4.If the buyer no longer wishes to keep the cat then the buyer agrees to have the cat neutered immediately. The cat is expected to be placed in a suitable pet home if the buyer chooses not to keep the cat for the remainder of its life time. 5.The seller warrants that the cat is from a clean cattery and 1st vaccinations are done , with the agreement that the buyer takes the kitten for their 2nd vaccinations in approx 2-3 wks .The seller warrants that this cat is genetically sound to the best of sellers knowledge .The buyer will not administer the feline leukaemia vaccine to cat, understanding these vaccines may cause harm to cats health . 6.If at any time the cat is found to be in an unfit or abusive condition, to be determined by the seller , the seller reserves the right to remove the animal from the premises ,and the buyer agent will surrender said animal and all appropriate papers to the seller, or to the sellers designated agent ,immediately , unconditionally and without compensation. 7.The buyers agrees to pay all court costs if this contract is litigated, and that any suit shall be tried in the sellers County and the sellers United Kingdoms law. There will be an additional £1000 damages fee if this binding contract is brought to court. Seller expects buyer to pamper, love and cherish said cat and agrees to keep seller informed of the cat’s welfare and progress. Signed this day … Signed this day……..
