  4. H.Y.G Safety Management • The management of this H.Y.G is committed to providing employees with a safe and healthful workplace. It is the policy of this organization that employees report unsafe conditions and do not perform work tasks if the work is considered unsafe. Employees must report all accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to their supervisors. No such report will result in retaliation, penalty, or other disincentive. Employee recommendations to improve safety and health conditions will be given thorough consideration by our management team. Management will give top priority to and provide the financial resources for the correction of unsafe conditions. Similarly, management will take disciplinary action against an employee who willfully or repeatedly violates workplace safety rules. Safety First and it's start with me

QC Management • The Quality control of H.Y.G products is guaranteed by the production processes monitoring systems and the quality inspections made during the several stages of the production chain • Our company is committed to ISO 9001 standard in the factory and in the field • Our QC Team are Participate in each stage of the production process, since the arrival of the material, to the material cutting, welding and to the packing stage.

PEDESTAL MANFUCTIORING • Since 2011 H.Y.G fabricated a pedestal to Micron And Intel after passing the qualification process with high score. • Every pedestal have his Own manufacturing File with the shop drawing and one of our QC team is Assigned to each Pedestal to Ensures quality fabrication.
