  2. RANGE • Lane changes: -SMOG • Lane position, centering • Proper stops • See It • Signals: -signal 4 seconds before turning • Footprint of car completed in classroom • Rules of the range: no sandals, be on time, don’t be absent, know in car procedures, road test rules, etc…

  7. COMMON MISTAKES FROM NEW DRIVERS: • LANE CHANGES: CAR MOVES ON BLINDSPOT CHECK • CAR DRIFTS WHEN CHECKING MIRROR AND SPEEDOMETER • DRIVER SLOWS DOWN TO A CRAWL WHEN ATTEMPTING A LANE CHANGE • STUDENT STOPS ON RIGHT TURN WHEN THE LIGHT IS GREEN!!!!
