Frosh - Freshman, First Years Slugmail - Email that UCSC students use The Quarry -Area where vendors come by the Bookstore and Joe’s The Base - The bottom of campus at Bay and High Science Hill -Includes PBSci, Sci Lib, Baskin, E2, Thimann, etc. The Loop and Upper Campus vs The Core - The UCSC Buses. Loop travels all around, Upper Campus turns around at the base, The Core goes through the middle of campus (only available at night). Night Owl-late night UCSC bus (free)
