There are many products under the category of protein powder with BCAA. Always buy a product from a known brand and that has been tested or certified by a third party. Many products contain a lot of additives these days and fillers. Some additives are artificial flavours, natural flavours, colors, vegetable fats and oils, emulsifiers, etc. Always read the ingredients carefully before purchase. The amount of protein varies from product to product. Whey protein is got from milk along with casein. It is easier to digest and absorb than casein and is used widely by fitness people.
