  1. How Do I Avoid Bloating of Stomach After Drinking Whey Protein Concentrate Whey protein concentrate is said to contain around 60-70% protein while the rest are carbs and fats. I think you can move to something more refined like whey isolate or hydrolysate. Bloating can also happen due to different reasons like: Your body doesn’t like whey. You are drinking it the wrong way (all at one go, or at the wrong time). You are having it with milk. You are consuming more than needed. The product has issues.      Whey protein can cause a reaction in people who are lactose intolerant. You can go with other sources of protein in your diet like eggs, pulses/dal, vegetables, nuts, dairy products, etc. Natural products are really the best way to get any nutrients. Supplements should only add on to that. Also, do buy authentic products, even if they are more expensive. The market has a lot of fake products and they are harmful. They contain carbs, oils and fats and things like growth hormones and steroids. So, check for authenticity before buying.
