SAWCA has secured a conference rate of $179 single or double. Rooms will be held until September 21, 2007, unless this block becomes fully reserved prior to this date. Reservations should be made as soon as possible by calling the hotel at (800) 261-9530. Subject to availability, the conference room rate will be available 3 days before and after the conference for those who wish to arrive early or stay late. SPECIAL NEEDS:Individuals and companions attending the conference who may need auxiliary aids or special services are requested to provide notice of their needs in writing no later than 10 working days before the Convention so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
