  5. Type of Marketing Plans

  6. The Unilevel Plan,… why we no longer use it, and how it was fixed. From an over six year personal study. Average time to reach $50,000.00 per year income in this industry. 14 months. 15 personally registered distributors. So it was rationalized;

  7. There’s a group that make things happen

  8. There’s a group that watches things happen

  9. There’s a group that wonders what the heck happen

  10. Out of each of these groups, one person understood the process and began building a business.

  11. What I didn’t say, Was that twelve people will fail. That family and friends would be competitors. Untrained people teaching untrained people A Product oriented business environment There was not enough time to work with everyone.

  12. Support Team Then we were introduced to “TEAM Approach” by Orrin Woodward and Chris Brady. A Trained Team of people helping a Team to grow. In the beginning the Support Team places people on the Team in what’s called the Apprentice Leg. The goal of the Team is to build a Team of 10 people in depth and help 4 of those people to become part of the training program, duplicating the system.

  13. Support Team When the Apprentice Team is complete 10 and 4, the new Team Leader starts the second or Profit Leg. That Team is developed to 5 deep with 2 people on the TEAM training system. The new leader now becomes what is know, in TEAM, as a “Power Player”. There are now six new people being trained to lead their own teams of people and becoming “Power Players” themselves. Chris and Orrin with their community building are becoming known for their Leadership Teaching.

  14. Support Team As you notice there are 15 people on these 2 Teams, just like in the Unilevel plan, but, where are the failures? Where are the untrained people teaching the untrained people? Family and friends are on the same Team. There is plenty of time to work with the two teams of people. The Brady, Woodward TEAM Approach plan will be the basis of the LIFE revolution. Just like their #1 selling book, Launching a Leadership Revolution.

  15. The old process created success, but not everyone was able to benefit from that success.

  16. Compare that to how we do it now and you see how we can create equal OPPORTUNITY for everyone in the community. 1. Where are the twelve failures. 2. No family competition, two Teams. 3. There is time to work with 2 Teams. 4. Many people are on the Team System. 5. Not a Classical Product company.

  17. Income expectations while developing your teams: With one team of 75 people, each with a $50/mo. subscription. And a second team of 50 people, each with a $50/mo. subscription. The anticipated income according to the description at the business conference where the LIFE business concept was rolled out will be $2,000 - $3,000 per month.

  40. If this doesn’t start until November 1st, how do you know the quality of the information? TEAM has for the last 17 years helped people develop their personal and leadership skills through books, CD’s and seminars. This is where the 8 F’s idea came from and where hundreds of people have benefited from the leadership within the community. LIFE is now going to be the vehicle through which we can provide this information to the general public, and allow those who choose to become a member in the community to profit by developing their business. It is the same information, with a new package and an aggressive compensation plan in the information age! *At this point add your own personal testimonial about what the TEAM training has done for you, or talk about stories you’ve heard in meetings.

  41. How can a business like this thrive when there is so much uncertainty in business today? Agrarian Age 1700’s - end of the 1800’s Wealth was created by owning a farm Slaves were used to work the farms so labor was cheap (financially) Not much was needed by way of personal skills, but Task skills were necessary. Industrial Age End of the 1800’s - late 1970’s Wealth was created by building things in factories People were no longer forced into slavery, they were told it was good for them Not much was needed by way of character, but personal skills were necessary. Information Age late 1970s to the internet reaching a critical mass in the early 1990s – PRESENT Wealth is now created by sharing information Once you have the information needed, you can only be a slave by choice. The choice is yours. Now, to be truly successful, Task skills, Personal skills and Character are ALL necessary! ANYONE who wanted to continue prospering from one age to the next had to change with the times, see the trends and take advantage of the next phase of doing business.
