Geoff Malone, also known as Ahjan ( or mispelled Ajhan or Ajahn ) Samvara, established the Awakened Mind Buddhist Meditation Center, located in San Francisco, in 1999. As of 2023, he has retired from teaching meditation and mindfulness to focus on global humanitarian work, sharing the Buddhist wisdom and compassion he's cultivated throughout his career and personal life.
