SSCI期刊:Australasian Journal of Educational Technology (AJET; IF=1.517; 25/203) • You should make a carefully considered judgment about the appropriateness of AJET for submission of your work. • Our readers expect that AJET articles will centre upon teaching and learning as facilitated by technologies. Please read the criteria contained in AJET's [Review form], and if in doubt, spend some time scanning articles previously published in AJET, or in closely related publications.
Authors present ideas without a substantial and convincing body of evidence from research investigations that test and assess the utility, the relevance, the applicability of the ideas. • Failing to meet the expectation that AJET articles will centre upon "teaching and learning as facilitated by technologies". • Journals are often not interested in literature reviews unless they contain particularly novel, original and significant theoretical insights.
AJET's readers are seeking novel results and insights rather than demonstrations of mastery in topic areas already very familiar to most readers of the journal. • Therefore particular attention has to be given to the acceptance criterion that the work must be a significant, novel and comprehensive contribution to the literature. • AJET's rejection rate is in the range 65-70%. • Tertiary Sector & Schools Sector

Criteria of the BJET review form 1.Importance and interest of topic to AJET readers. Research articles should be from 6,000 to 8,000 words, and should include an abstract of 250 words or less. • Short Research Reports should be from 3,000 to 4,000 words, and should include an abstract of 150 words or less. • All submissions should be written in English and must conform to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (6th Ed.).
Computers & Education Abstract A concise and factual abstract is required. The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions. An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must be able to stand alone. Also, non-standard or uncommon abbreviations should be avoided, but if essential they must be defined at their first mention in the abstract itself.
Highlights : 3-5 bullet points describe the essence of the research (e.g. results or conclusions) and highlight what is distinctive about it. • We model two hospitals which have regulated prices and compete on quality. • We examine changes in the level of information about hospital quality. • Increasing information will increase quality if hospital costs are similar. • Increasing information will decrease quality if hospital costs are very different. • Welfare effects depend on ex-ante or ex-post assumptions about quality information. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/journal/03601315
IV.投稿、修稿、退稿 投稿: 1.可先投Impact factor高的期刊。 2.投搞前應詳讀submission guidelines。 3.第一週應常上網去查看文章的狀態 (status, online submission system)。。 4.一週後沒被退稿=>under review。每隔一段時間上網看狀態。 5.大約3個月左右若是沒有消息,可以寫信給主編詢問,信件內容務必客氣有禮貌。
修稿: 1.收到修稿通知,先讀過一遍來信內容並確定完稿日期後,休息沉澱幾天再開始修稿。 2.修稿時要做修正對照表,儘量依照reviewers 和主編的意見作修改。 3.修稿期限前幾天寄出即可,不宜過早。 4.多次修稿:耐心、虛心接受建議。 5.主編建議照單全收;reviewer的建議則合理的儘量修改。
退稿: 1.不符合該期刊之 aim & scope (主編) 2.針對Reviewer的建議加以修改後,轉投其他適合的期刊。 3.研究的品質最重要! 4.做研究要有熱忱、興趣、要樂在其中。 5.鍥而不捨、再接再厲、退了再投,直到被接受!
論文英文時態: 現在式: 1.說明或敘述完整的研究結果、事實 或下結論。 2.討論圖表數據所代表之意義。 3.描述一般性的事實。 過去式: 1.描述已經完成的實驗或研究。 2.描述研究方法 3.數據涉及過去研究的發現、結果或 建議。
