  2. Highlights: ICAT Toastmasters Club was proud to conduct its 150th meeting on the 19th of Nov 2011. The meeting was conducted in the presence of past presidents of the ICAT club. The President ACB CL Naveen Sharma announced the achievement of 9 DCP points. The club has 21 new members who joined during the current year since July 2011. He welcomed the 6 guests and the Past Presidents of the club, Past President Ganpat Kunbhat Surender Jain Razack Aslam Arnold Lalit Bhalla Ramesh Mahalingam The audience voted Shaju Perinchery as the best speaker, TM Razack Aslam as the best evaluator and TM Sunil Bhansal as the best table topic speaker.

  3. Past President RazackAslam: Training is essential to communicate effectively and impressively. Past President LalitBhalla Project 1 to Project 6 is the core of a Toastmaster’s journey Past President Arnold Open mindedness is the main requirement for success as a Toastmaster Past President Ramesh Mahalingam Put into Toastmasters all you can, to get from Toastmasters all you want! Past President Surender Jain Surender Jain served as the TMOD and had a very interesting theme for the meeting ‘Slow and steady or fast and speedy’ . He shared several entertaining ideas and one liners which the audience enjoyed.

Project Speeches, Evaluation and Table Topics: TM UnnikrishnanSukumaran introduced himself through project 1 speech which was evaluated by CC CL Sunil Shenoy TM ShajuPerinchery delivered project 2 speech ‘I have been at the top’ which was a beautiful inspirational speech. The speech was evaluated by TM RameshTaparia CC Nimesh Lokhandwala delivered a project from Advanced Manual Story telling evaluated by TM RazackAslam CC Wilson Lewis delivered his P2 from Advanced Manual Speaking to Inform and was evaluated by TM AvinashPangarkar Past President TM Anand served as the Grammarian and ah counter.

  5. Roles : Table Topic Master: CC CL Ganpat Kumbhat was the Table Topic master. The participants for the Table topics were TM Ashit, TM Biji Daniel, TM Arvind Malia, TM Sunil Bhansal Word Master: TM Jitendra Jain introduced the word Tenacity meaning perseverance. Timer :TM WingoSabestian was accurate in time keeping a time check Evaluator of Table Topics : TM Jayant Jain effectively highlighted the manner in which table topics could be handled by evaluating the table topic speakers. General Evaluator: TM Ramesh Mahalingam shared his thoughts on the manner in which the meeting was conducted.
