We have an expert team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nutritionists/dieticians, yoga experts, aerobics, self-defense, motivators, and strength trainer. Due to corona time, we are facing very difficulties in our life. We are unable to keep fit and unable to take proper diet and most important create lots of stress in our daily life. Due to the above problem, we are happy to announce we have launched 1 st of its kind Virtual health club to keep you fit.

  23. STORY OF FOUNDER With unhealthy eating habits & bad lifestyle, I reached to 100 kg with waist size 40 inches at the age of 37. I suffered from the episodes of anxiety then my doctor advised me to reduce weight & modify my lifestyle. I started reading books, adapt healthy eating habits with regular workout.
