Generalization一般化 A concept wherein the attributes that are common to several types of an entity are grouped into their own entity.將幾個實體型態中共同的屬性集合成它們自己的實體型態 。 Supertype超型態– an entity whose instances store attributes that are common共同的to one or more entity subtypes.此種實體範例會儲存給一個或多個實體次型態使用的屬性 Subtype次型態– an entity whose instances may inherit繼承common attributes from its entity supertype一個實體範例可能繼承來自於超型態的通用屬性And then add other attributes that are unique to the subtype.
