OVERVIEW • Sports included: • Basketball • Volleyball • Maximum number of teams: • 16 teams per event (boys and girls) • Team basis registration will be prioritized • Individual registration will be entertained on main registration date • Date: August 7, 14, 21 • Venue: Sports Plaza • Time: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  3. PRE-REGISTRATION • Reservation of your slot • Date: July 5 – 14 • Deadline for registration forms: July 14 • Procedures: • Form your teams (7-10 members) • Fill up the registration form • Send registration forms online to pao_tulay@yahoo.com on or before the deadline

  4. MAIN REGISTRATION • Confirmation of your slot • Date: July 19 – 23 • Venue: Central Plaza • Procedures: • Go to the registration booth • Submit a printed copy of the registration form • Pay P175 registration fee • Fit the size of the jersey (*we will assign color for team’s jersey)

  5. OTHER DATES TO REMEMBER • July 25 onwards: Announcement of schedule of games • August 4: Jersey Distribution • Venue: TBA (Central Plaza / SJ Walk)

  6. GAME MECHANICS • Once team is incomplete during the game proper, the team will be defaulted • Players must be present at least 10 minutes before the game

  7. BASKETBALL MECHANICS • Whole Court • 7-10 Team members • Four Quarters • 10 min per quarter • 3 min break per half • Running Time • Foul Outs Applicable • 3-2 Scoring System

  8. VOLLEYBALL MECHANICS • Best out of 3 sets • 15 min per set • 3 min break per set • 7-10 Team Members • Race to 25 per set
