  9. Typical Issues to Address: Governance: What are the various governing structure in community colleges in Canada? What Governance models work best for what different conditions? Stakeholder Collaboration: What are the different roles played by the industry partners in community college? What are the institutional mechanisms in place for industry collaboration? • Curriculum design, Education delivery, Providing / sharing resources, internship, assessments and placements) What are the key ways in which CCs connects with the local community? Suggestions on how best and when to engage with the different stakeholders? College Systems, Programs and Capacity Building University Prep versus Skilling for Work:  How to manage this dual mission? Should there be a singular focus? What are the different categories of programs run by the CC? The overall credit structure of the Associate Degree program(s) and other short term programs run by CCs. How to recruit /source right profile of Teachers and Administration staff? How best to leverage technology in delivering courses, running systems and encouraging collaboration? General Advice to Indian Leaders that will be engaged in the 200 College Pilot: What could be suggestions for Indian CCs as a possible high level road map for the first two years? How could Indian CCs go about training and development of Teachers and Administrative staff? What are the possible areas for collaboration between CCs in your country / your CC and Indian CCs?
