  2. Practical Close your eyes, relax, and imagine the following scenario. You are walking from a changing room to a boxing ring in the middle of an empty stadium. See yourself shadow boxing in the empty ring, and notice how you feel.

  8. Group task - Presentations Divide yourselves into three groups Drive theory Inverted U theory Catastrophe theory Must include: practical examples and impact on performance Please prepare hand outs for the other group. Observing groups must ask at least one question each.
