SUMMARY OF RULES GOVERNING PRODUCTION & MARKETING OF “OVERVAAL-COMMERCIALIZED” LOW-CHILL PEACHES & NECTARINES HARVESTED WEEK 45 & EARLIER DE WET EXCLUSIVE FOR NORTHERN PROVINCES • De Wet Sole Sub-Licensee, provided entire market demand is satisfied • De Wet has agreed to allow growers outside of his own alliance and outside of the Northern Provinces to grow a total of 30 Hectares per variety • Fruit to be offered to Woolworths (first right of refusal)

SUMMARY OF COSTS TO GROWERSPEACHES & NECTARINES Access Fee of R5000.00 + VAT Once –Off US$ 1.00 per tree royalty due on tree collection Per Hectare royalty of US$ 750.00 for trees in THIRD LEAF Per Hectare royalty of US$ 950.00 Per Year for trees in FOURTH LEAF & OLDER for life of the orchard ZSA takes Lien on crop as security for payment
