  • KPAP is a business assistance program of the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development that is designed for firms interested in government contracting
  • KPAP is operated out of the Department for Existing Business Development’s Small Business Services Division

  • KPAP is a PTAC (Procurement Technical Assistance Center) funded through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense

  • Purpose of program is to help Kentucky firms market their goods and services to federal, state, and local government agencies
