  3. New Registration Forms/Paperwork

  4. Peer Evaluations • Please don’t leave them blank. There are numerous blank peer evals on the website. Some issues have been brought up in phone or in-person conversations, but it may be so long after the fact. I’m may not remember or know all details which can impact how the issue gets addressed. • We are getting good feedback on the ones that have been done for the most part. • Please don’t text, email, talk on the phone if you are supposed to be teaching/helping teach. • Please keep to the time hacks. Lots of people still talking about instructors getting on soap boxes and they just can’t get off of them.

  5. Tier Evaluations • Please keep track of your Tier Map and send me emails when you are up for review. • I’ll do my best to pair you up with whomever is required to evaluate you.

  6. Instructor Selection Criteria • The following criteria are used when selecting one of the many available adjunct instructors to teach a class. Following these criteria ensures teaching opportunities are spread across the instructor cadre as evenly a possible, knowing that some instructors are more available or are capable of teaching a wider variety of courses offered by ALERRT than others. • Instructor applied for class • Instructor is needed to conduct a Tier Review for another instructor who applied for this class • Instructor has applied for a Tier Review to be conducted on him/her for this class • Instructor has the seniority/leadership needed to manage the class and/ other instructors assigned to the class or to establish a working relationship with local POC for future training. • Instructor has not applied for/received as many classes regularly and needs to stay current on material and delivery • Instructor is uniquely qualified to teach this class • Instructor has expressed interest in expanding their opportunities to teach other courses in addition to what they usually teach, so they are applying for this one. • Exigent circumstances: Class had a quick turnaround time or previously selected instructor had to cancel at the last minute. This instructor was one of the quickest to apply when timing was very sensitive.

  7. Invoicing • Still using the same rate charts: Out-of-State In-State 50-Mile Radius of Residence • Still sending signed invoice to Emily via email or fax.
