  2. Agenda Updates on IPC-related IT support • IPCRECLASS status • IPC-Eforum functional evolutions • Specification for the IPC scheme file

  3. IPCRECLASS Opening for production use- STATUS mid-April 2012 • No problem reported during one and half month testing period • Opening for production use: Occurred as planed on April 12, 2012 • Missing some Residual Working lists (RWL)

  4. IPCRECLASS Current STATUS: • Some Offices did not update their Email contact details • IPC reclassification process blocked to avoid inappropriate feedback from IPCRECLASS • 2007, 2008 and 2012 RWL uploaded • Missing some residual Working lists (2009, 2010, 2011) • Reclassification Email submissions are piling up.

  5. IPCRECLASS Perspectives: • Awaiting MCD provision of RWL for IPC revisions 2009, 2010, 2011 • Unblock the email based submission part of the IPC reclassification process • Upload of working list for IPC 2013.01

  6. IPCRECLASS Reminder about current login access limitation: • Login name should be typed in upper-case • Passwordshould be typed in lower case • In case of failed login

  8. IPC E-FORUM IPC-IEF 2012 Functional evolutions • Based on the reworked IPC-IEF 2012 • Detailed requirement and functional specifications available under project CE445 • Integrate into IPC IEF modified version of some IPC-calendar functionalities

New file formats for annex submissions • Limited list of authorized file formats • Automatic PDF conversion for some only • New formats: • MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, • Various image formats (TIF, JPG, PNG…) • XML, ZIP • Direct submission in PDF format • ...And more if needed (but without automatic conversion to PDF) • Systematic virus checking
