Mentorship Program Mentors • Be a part of building the culture of the Beachbody Master Trainer team • Give back to those that are just starting out • Receive 10% of all revenue the mentee earns for 2 years Mentees • Learn how to promote and present from the best in the business • Have an advocate who you can ask any question to…about anything • Move up the ranks faster with a seasoned vet on your side

What’s it look like? • Attend at least 1 certification of the format they wish to teach • Must present a part of an event training • Must help promote MT’s events • Must certify over 50 people (equal to 3 events) in a 12 month period Mentor Mentee • Help coach, train and develop new MT • Give necessary feedback that cultivates improvement • Share best practices in order to be successful • Share the culture that is BB

  18. Why are we doing it? • Make your lives easier – we all can stop doing math! • Less paperwork • Travel freedom Spend more time doing what you love and get paid for it • More money per event • Get recognized and celebrated like you deserve to be

  19. How simple? • OK – a little bit of math, but its easy • Receive $30 - $45 / person (varies based on level) • $20 / each Pro-Team and VIP sign up • Oh… and all of the coaching commissions (25% per person) • and mentor earnings (10% of your mentees earnings)

We need SOME rules…but were keeping them simple too • RULE #1  10 days before the event there must be 8 people (no exceptions!) • RULE #2  You can’t cancel after this point – its your responsibility to find a replacement • RULE #3  We can’t cancel after this point (if less than 8 show up consistently, we’ll talk) • RULE #  Corporate booked events: (Lifetime, ect) The count of participants will be split with HQs. Example: 24 people. MT would have 12 points towards IMPACT club and level. MT can capture all PT-VIP sales.

  23. Keys to success • Play nice – if traveling to another MTs home region let them know and work out a plan together • If you chose to travel, pick an untapped market and GO FOR IT • Do not waste time in a saturated area • If it don’t make dollars, it don’t make sense…recognize when its best to pass along a lead
