Mines? • - Employees engagement – allways hard – you may need change management! • - Development costs (Do at least the part of the project by yr selves!!) • - You still have an old paper archives, and destroying them can be expensive • - Back-up storages can be VERY expensive Summa Summarum • What did we get? • - Easier document handling • - From ~40 Network printers -> 14 MTF’s, better maintenance agreement. • - From 39 pages to 15 pages / shipment • - Happier customer, Happier employees • - Better visibility to daily workflow and resource management. • - Less paper archive costs, less mailing costs, less printing costs
