Where we sit in the UK Clearing Bank space.... • Bacs scheme requires an entity to obtain a Service User Number (SUN) from a sponsoring provider or Bank in order to utilise Direct Debits/Direct Credits • UK Banks issue SUN’s at their own discretion taking into account the financial stability, banking relationship, credit history and turnover of a business. • Even with sponsorship in to the scheme, in-house processing can be administratively and financially demanding. • Banks/Accounting solutions lack “value add” such as API, On line sign up, Direct Debit Management Solution • FCC provide FM (Facilities Management) sponsorship in the place of a bank or work as a Bureau utilising the clients own SUN.

What we do.... • Bureau • FCC act as an outsourced submissions only or fully managed service to organisations and businesses utilising direct debits and/or credits via a clients own SUN. • Facilities Management (FM) – subject to risk analysis and underwriter approval • FCC is part of the Facilities Management scheme (sponsored by NatWest) which allows FCC to sponsor its own client base in to the Bacs scheme. All clients FM funds are managed in ring fenced client accounts.
