Introduction of Problem Event

In this scenario, Lisa is communicating vital patient information over the phone to a receiving nurse on a busy unit. After encountering interruptions and confusion, she seeks out her nurse buddy, Betty, for support. Together, they keep nurse manager Gayle updated on the situation. The team approaches the situation calmly, deciding to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting impulsively. With renewed focus and collaboration, they strategize and ensure they gather accurate information to provide the best care for their patient.
