  4. What is DUO? • Multi-Factor Security Solution • Verify your identity as the user logging in • Protect against unknown access to the DA’s applications outside of the DA’s network • DA Portal Applications • Outlook Web Access

  5. DUO Authentication Methods • Send Me a Push • Call Me • Enter a Passcode • DUO’s authentication methods all require access to a phone • Recommended to have two devices registered

  6. Authentication Method: Send Me a Push • Requires DUO Mobile App • Available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store • User will receive notification from DUO Mobile App • User will have ability to Approve or Deny the login

  7. Authentication Method: Call Me • User will receive a call from: 1-(858)-285-6020 • Automated call will tell you to “Press any key on your phone to log in.” • Once key is selected, you will successfully be logged in • DA Portal ONLY supports “Call Me” authentication method

  8. Authentication Method: Enter a Passcode • DUO Mobile App • Always displays a temporary passcode • Text Message • Option to send Passcode via Text Message
