  3. Budget Enhancements

  4. City Attorney Changes From Prior Year Budget From FY 2017/18 The City has several inverse condemnation lawsuits arising from infrastructure failures. One of these includes multiple parties and alleges over $5,000,000 in damages. This one time budget adjustment is to fund these specific cases.

  5. Per the direction of the City Council, the City has been more • aggressive regarding enforcing laws. • The Community Development Department has requested • two additional code enforcement officers. • The Police Department has indicated that the Police intend • to place increased emphasis on quality of life issues.

  6. Contracting out occasional arbitrations.
