  2. Focus:What is time management? • Time management is how you manage your time wisely.

  3. How is time management useful? • Are you stressed out every night doing your work during the late hours? If the answer is yes, then you need to pay close attention. • Time management will help you organize your time so that you can get your work done. Time management will provide you a good sense of what you need to do in order to progress and accomplish your goals.

  4. How to manage your time • In order to get your work done so that you have time to do other tasks, you need to follow these steps: • Do the simple objectives first. • Do the hard things next. • Take 10 minutes every hour to unwind.

  7. Review your findings Ask your self: • Were you shocked to find out how much time you have spent on one particular thing? • Why am I spending so much time on one specific thing? • How can I improve and manage my time better in my everyday life?

  8. Focus: What are goals? • Goals are some thing you want to achieve, yet they may take time and effort to meet. • There are two types of goals: Long term and Short term.

  9. Long term goals • Long term goals are goals that will take you at least a month to achieve. • Example: If your goal is to become a teacher, you need to do following: do well in school , get a masters degree, become certified by the state that you want to work in, then look for a job in a school that you are certified to teach in.

  10. Short term goals • Short Term goals are something you aim to complete with in a short period of time, like completing your homework before dinner.

  11. Establishing & achieving your goals Step 1: Established your goals and right them down in a book or journal. Step 2: Apply steps to these goals so you can achieve them faster. Step 3: Every time you accomplish a step you must check it off. Step 4: When you have completed all of the steps, that means you have met your goal!!
