  3. GOALS: Grow philanthropy in Summit County – bring new donors to the our nonprofit organizations Grow revenue for nonprofit organizations serving Summit County – create a new funding stream. Grow supporters – educate the community about the positive impact on their lives because of Summit County’s nonprofit organizations.

  6. Today our goals are a little more practical: Learn how to set up your organization’s account and page on Razoo for Live PC Give PC. Ask questions and provide input on the Live PC Give PC campaign.

  7. RAZOO INTRODUCTION: • Razoo exists everyday, for all 501c3 nonprofits • Live PC Give PC is a platform that utilizes razoo for giving days. • What can donors expect?

  8. Getting Started on Razoo Claim ownership of your nonprofit on Razoo Create your page Contact Razoo – they’re here to help!

  9. Claim Ownership of your Page Start at http://www.razoo.com/p/for_nonprofits Create an account by providing your name, e-mail, and creating a password. Claim admin access. We will send an e-mail when you have been approved to administer your nonprofit. 9

  10. Customize Your Page • Log-in to your account with admin access and click My NPO from the right side of the header. • Use the admin tool bar or the completion steps to explain, illustrate, and promote your cause. 10

  11. Customize Your Page: Edit Include your mission statement in Summary. Explain the work of your nonprofit in Tell Your Story. Highlight the value of a donor’s contribution by adding Suggested Donation Amounts. Personalize your page’s web link by creating a Custom URL.

  12. Customize Your Page: Images/Videos Show your nonprofit at work by uploading images and videos. Use multiple images with captions to tell a story.

  13. Customize Your Page: Thank Donors Upload a thank you video for donors to view after making a contribution. Include a message in your donor advisors’ tax receipt to express your appreciation.

  14. Customize Your Page: Share Spread the word via facebook, twitter, and e-mail. Customize and embed a Donation Widget to allow donors to give right on your website or blog. Choose a Donate Now button to link donors from your website to your page on Razoo.

  15. Customize Your Page: Donations Click the Donations tab to view donor information filtered by date and download the report into a CSV file. To view information related to the monthly re-grant check from Razoo Foundation, click the link Disbursements.

  16. Customize Your Page: Matching Grants Display a dollar–for– dollar or challenge grant on your page to encourage donors to give.

  17. Your Organization’s Next Steps Create a page and account on Razoo by September 10. ‘Like’ Live PC Give PC on Facebook & sign up for the newsletter on livepcgivepc.org Reserve Booth in the Box for your next event. Volunteer to help the campaign
