Effects of Temperature on Spindle Formation in Anti-Tubulin Stained Cells

This study investigates how temperature (23°C and 37°C) impacts spindle formation in cells stained with an anti-tubulin marker. Results show a decrease in normal spindles at 37°C compared to 23°C.
