Project Location • Intersection of NE 203rd Street/Ives Dairy Road and SR 5/US 1/Biscayne Boulevard • Intersection of NE 215th Street/County Line Road and Dixie Highway • In the City of Aventura in Miami-Dade County, unincorporated Miami-Dade County and City of Hallandale in Broward County, Florida.   5. Study Purpose and Need • Improve traffic operations • Enhance safety conditions • By eliminating vehicle conflicts with existing freight and future passenger trains at the Florida East Coast (FEC) Railway line crossings Florida Department of Transportation
