You are aware that the bleach used will be safer because it is less concentrated. Teeth whitening can be done in a safe and effective manner. However, although your teeth will become whiter, this is primarily due to the bleach's dehydration effect. Your teeth will therefore likely be very white when you get home, but over the next few days, they will return to their normal color.
