  2. In recent times, Cervical cancer is becoming more familiar to the common people. But some people still don't have any clear idea about it. However, you can minimize the risk of having cervical cancer if you develop a genuine idea about it. Thus, we will discuss the important things that you need to know about Cervical cancer. Here are the major things you need to know about cervical cancer: Types of Cervical Cancer There are two most common types of Cervical Cancer - squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. Each type of cervical cancer is distinguished by the microscopic appearance of cells. Squamous cell carcinomas develop in the form of a thin and flat cell that creates a line in the bottom of the cervix.
