  2. Setting • This book takes place in two different places. One of the places is at Rodricks house,Rodricks house is not very fancy but is a good house. Another place is at Wimpy kids school he goes to Rodrick Junior High is has the same name as his brother. This school is full of hate and everyone annoys each other.

  3. Characters • There is 3 different characters. • One of them is Roderick. Roderick is a guitar player he is one of wimpy kids brothers but Roderick is the mean one in the family. • The main character is Wimpy kid he has a good personality, he's not a bully like his brother Roderick. • Wimpy also has a little brother he's just like the one in the family that annoys everyone.

  4. Plot: Conflict • Theres not really much problems in this book but one of the problems is when he goes to the principals office and he gets d – hall for getting In to a fight with a 8th grader and he doesn’t want to tell his parents.

  5. Plot: Resolution • The resolution for his problem is that he ends up telling his parents and doesn’t think he's going to get in trouble but he does end up getting in trouble so he gets grounded for a month. Wimpy gets mad runs away from home to his grandmas house.

  6. Your Opinion • MY opinion of the book is that is was funny but also some of the parts were nasty but I loved the book. <3

Summary • This is a short summary of Diary of the Wimpy Kid. • Wimpy is a 13 year old boy he goes to Roderick Junior High and he got in a fight with a 8th grader so he gets ground and he also gets detention. After 2 weeks of being grounded the coach for the basketball team ask him if he wanted to play for the basketball team but his dad doesn’t let him so he gets angry and runs away from home. The book is to be continued.
