  1. The Best Hyperhidrosis Treatment in Germany Hyperhidrosis is an unusually excessive sweating that is not necessarily related to heat or exercise. You may sweat so much that it soaks through your clothes or drips through your hands. Apart from disrupting normal daily activities, this type of heavy sweating can lead to social anxiety and embarrassment.

  2. Sweating, is it natural or a disease? • It is quite natural that we are sweating excessively on hot summer days or in physical exercise. But persistent and without sweating is not only annoying, but can also be very harmful. But Hyperhidrosis can be treated very well. As an alternative to treatment, injections of botulinomotoxin (Botox ©) are safe, very effective and facilitate the patient's life in a big way. By injecting this medicine into the affected areas in small amounts, excessive sweating is prevented for a long time. Sometimes an underlying cause can be found and treated.

  3.  Treatment for Hyperhidrosis • The medicines • Medications used to treat Hyperhidrosis include: • • Prescription antiperspirant. Your doctor may prescribe an antiperspirant with aluminum chloride (Drysol, Xerox AC). This product can cause skin and eye irritation. This is usually applied to the affected skin before you go to bed. Then when you get up, wash the product, taking care that no one gets in your eyes. If your skin becomes irritable, hydrocortisone cream may help. • • Prescription Cream. A prescription cream that contains glycopyrrolate can help with Hyperhidrosis that affects the face and head. • • Nerve-blocking medications. Some oral medications block chemicals that allow some nerves to communicate with each other. It can reduce sweating in some people. Possible side effects include dry mouth, blurred vision, and bladder problems. • • Antidepressant. Some medications used for depression can also reduce sweating. In addition, they can help reduce anxiety worsening Hyperhidrosis.

  4.  Surgical and other procedures • Other Hyperhidrosis treatments include: • • Microwave Therapy-With this therapy, microwave energy-giving devices are used to destroy sweat glands. Treatment consists of two 20- to 30-minute sessions, three months apart. Possible side effects are changes in skin sensation and some discomfort. This therapy can be expensive and is not widely available. • • Removal of sweat gland-If there is excessive sweating in your armpits, removing sweat glands may help. A minimally invasive technique called suction treatment may also be an option if you are not responding to other treatments. • • Neural surgery (sympathetic)-During this procedure, the surgeon cuts, burns or tightens the spinal nerves that control the sweat in your hands. In some cases, this process causes excessive sweating in other areas of your body (compensatory sweating). Surgery is not usually a substitute for isolated head and neck sweating. A variation on this process disrupts the neural signals without removing the sympathetic nerve (sympathetic).
