  4. Contract Requirements • SITREP • New Referrals • Active Cases • Closed Cases • Electronic Systems Data Entry • Must have access and knowledge of • Military Health Assessment (MHA) • DENCLASS • HRR • AVS • MEDPROS • Soldier Patient Locator (SPL) • eCase

SITREP • Report turned in monthly prior to the In-Progress Review (IPR) and written according to Army standards • Contract requires that 90% of States/Territories/District submit SITREPS on time • Contractor will contact States to submit SITREP and elevate through existing chain of command to ensure timeliness of reporting

  6. SITREP • What’s included in the SITREP? • Soldier contacts • Cases opened for the month • Cases closed for the month • Percent of REFRADS • Records prepared for pre-mobilization • IDES packets sent to HSS • Scope of Work Issues

  7. SITREP • Where does the data come from? • eCase • Spreadsheets • Care Coordinators • HSS • DSS • Records Clerk

Electronic Database Systems • All active cases, referrals, and profiles are entered into the appropriate government electronic system • Contract requires that 95% of all contract employees have appropriate access to all electronic systems, and are actively using them • Contractor will evaluate entry discrepancies and omissions and provide continuing education/training as warranted
