  8. What is the difference between those who have extreme shyness and those who have social anxiety disorder? The shy can be drawn out and adapt while those with social anxiety become so paralyzed in social situations that it interferes with everyday functioning

  11. Everyone has felt shy or insecure at some time in their lives. When do you feel shy or insecure? What types of situations make you feel shy? Write down two situations in which you have felt shy or may feel shy.

  12. Next week’s article will discuss what shyness is, how to work with your shyness and develop confidence in yourself. This week try to notice times you feel shy and the situations that cause you to feel shyness.
