  2. What is the European Chamber? Introduction • “Voice of European Business in China” • Independent, non-profit organisation governed by its members • 8 Offices in China - Guangzhou & Shenzhen - Beijing, Shenyang, Tianjin - Shanghai, Nanjing - Chengdu

Why does the European Chamber exist? Purpose and Goals • Seek greater market access for European Business in China • Lobbying for improved operating conditions for European companies in China • Facilitate business connections and best-practice sharing of European business • Close co-operation and exchange with the Delegation of the EU Commission, Embassies, Consulates and other organisations
