More and more homeowners throughout the U.S. are deciding to invest in projects such as room additions, which when done right, can transform an average home, into a dream home. However, while a room addition might well be the perfect project for you, it’s important to consider your answers to the following 7 questions before going ahead with your plans: 1.How much can you afford to spend? This is often the only way to guarantee a professional finish, and usually ensures that the work is finished in a timelier fashion.
