  2. DIPS DIPS is GIS based tool used to analyze and plan for optimum utilization of district resources. DIPS has main two modules: Data Entry Module provides options for viewing , changing and upgrading the data . Planning Module provides the analysis of data for planning

  3. DIPS DIPS has three Operating levels Village Block District At each level there is facility for : • Data Entry / Upgradation • Resource Analysis / Planning • Report Generation • Description of Planning Methodology

  4. The data has been categorized as per the resource and sector. User can select the topic on which data entry has to be done.

  5. This form is used to view , edit and change for block-wise health facility. First ,Next ,Previous and Last buttons are used to view particular record in the table.

  6. Planning Model option takes into Resource Analysis and Planning Model.

  7. Various options provided in Resource Analysis and Planning Model are shown on screen. User can click on specified option to see the analysis and related reports .

  8. Various options are provided to see the related analyzed information in form of table,graph and maps. On clicking particular option next screen is shown displaying information about that option.

  9. Village Planning Block Maps will show the villages where a particular social facility exists and proposes priority villages for new facilities . Block Maps will

  11. This screen gives information about Block-wise population Distribution , Block-wise population density of Akola District.

  12. This screen shows 2D Chart for Block-wise population Distribution . Here we can easily compare that maximum urban population distribution is for Barshitakli and minimum is for Akola. Graph is plotted for population distribution for Total ,Urban , Rural , SC , ST .

  13. This screen shows Line Chart for Immunization in Rural Area. Values on Y - axis shows scale according to which chart is drawn. On X - axis block names are shown .

  14. This screen shows 3D Chart for Block-wise Literacy Ratio. Buttons are used to see 2D Chart or Line Chart of same type.

  15. This screen shows Resource Analysis and Planing Model for Education Sector . Table shows the Cast wise enrollment of students . Block-wise School and Student Ratio, School and Teacher Ratio, Student and Teacher Ratio can be viewed on clicking respective buttons.

  16. Block-wise student to Teacher ratio is shown on separate form .Data can be viewed using scroll bars. Block-wise Literacy Ratio,Number of villages without Primary Schools, Middle Schools, High Schools can be viewed on clicking respective buttons.

  17. Table shows Rank Correlation for Health Facility . This screen shows Resource Analysis and Planing Model for Health Sector. Correlation Analysis between Family Planning and Social economic variables is viewed by clicking on Correlation Analysis between Family Planning and Social economic variables .

  18. Block-wise Details of Health Facility and Immunization can be viewed on clicking respective buttons.

  19. This screen shows Map for Block-wise population Distribution . User can zoom in or zoom out the map by clicking on Zoom buttons. On clicking the button Info Mode user can see the InfoBox showing information about selected block .

  20. On clicking the button Pan Mode user can pan the map . On clicking Legend button Legends of map are shown. Here various color patterns are used to show variation in population distribution. The system plots the output in Choropleth format, showing the user block-wise population Distribution.

  21. This screen shows Map for Block-wise Health Facility . Here comparisons between various health facilities such as hospitals , dispensaries , maternity centers ,PHCs is shown in Bar chart form. Output in the bar chart form is very easy to understand and useful in analysis and planning
