  3. At school Just click on this icon.

  4. At home, first you must access My eClass

  5. How to Access From Home! ● Go to the School web site (http://arcado.org/home/) ● Click on “MyeClass” under the “Student” Tab. ● Type in your student number for username, and your password is the same password you use to log in at school.

  6. Logging In Students will enter the EXACT SAME username and password as they do here at Arcado.

  7. My eClass at a Glance See your grades here Awesome Textbook Resources including videos, tutorials, activities, modules and more. Access the media catalog here Access the Databases and Passwords Here. Use these databases to help you find great research resources for your projects.

  8. Choose “Online Research Library” Click on the little lock icon to get any passwords you might need for the databases.

  10. Good for K, 1st and 2nd graders Ben’s Guide – Fun way to learn about our country and government by grade level. BookFlix -Will read stories aloud. Pairing of Fiction and Nonfiction books on same subject. In Brittanica Biographies, click on Extended Videos on the left for fun, informational videos on a variety of topics. Pebble Go Wonderful age appropriate resource that reads material aloud and is organized effectively. World Book Kids More age appropriate encyclopedia

Good for 3rd, 4th, 5th graders Britannica Elementary Encyclopedia - Kid-friendly Encyclopedia Ben’s Guide – Fun way to learn about our country and government by grade level. • Britannica Biographies-Biographies as well as Extended Play Videos (link on the left) for informational videos on a variety of topics Also, there’s a link on the left which takes you to Quotes from famous people. Britannica Image Quest – A good source for pictures! Safer than searching on Google Images! Culture Grams - Great resource for learning about all aspects of other lands.

Good for 3rd, 4th, 5th graders Freedom Flix - Brings U.S. History to life with videos and online books about times from the Revolutionary War on. • Library of Congress- • Great for Primary Documents – which is a focus in Common Core. Novel List – Provides reviews of books and biographies for Elementary and Middle School Students. Power Knowledge Science - Great resource for learning about all aspects of Science. Will read aloud to students; Includes videos.

  13. Good for 3rd, 4th, 5th graders World Book Student - Encyclopedia for students in Intermediate Grades. Double click on a word and its definition will pop up. Also includes current events section with up to the minute world news headlines. True Flix - Highly entertaining way to learn about History and Science. On topics ranging form Westward Expansion to Natural Disasters and everything in between! • Vanishing Georgia • Over 18,000 actual pictures of people and places in Georgia’s past dating back over 100 years! World Book Hallazgos– World Book for Spanish speaking Students.
