Berkeley in PhysicsCalifornia Dept Health Services 1974 - 1992 Studies include: bounce-free impaction surfaces, density correction for APS, PM2.5 measurement and speciation needs, sampler inlets and sampler design, particle adhesion, contact charging, deagglomeration, re-entrainment sample evaporation, and many, many more. “Both a gentleman and a scientist, always curious, always cheerful, and wonderfully inventive, Walter has been an inspiration and mentor to many.”
