  3. Introduction • 近年來,chitosan在生物醫學與藥學領域中受到廣大應用。但是chitosan只能溶於酸中,不利使用在pH7以上的生理環境中。 • 在chitosan四級氨化反應(DQ)中,可以獲得主要的氨基團,使易溶於pH7以上的生理環境。 • 具有一定DQ程度N,N,N-Trimethylated chitosan (TMC)具有黏膜黏著劑的特性,使可以打開膜上通道的能力,讓物質順利通過。

  18. Conclusions • 本研究使用淺顯易懂的方法,合成具有游離O-methylation的TMC,可預防高分子鏈的斷裂。 • 可改變不同反應時間,合成不同四級氨化的TMC,且在DQ值33%以上TMC,可成功溶於pH7的水中。 • 最後由TEER、MTT與LDH測試發現,具有游離O-methylation的TMC的測試結果,較好於不具游離O-methylation的TMC。

  20. Caco-2 cell • 是一株從人類結腸腺癌所分離出來的細胞株,其是以表皮吸附的方式生長,經由適當的培養,此一細胞株可以表現出體外型態學上及功能上的分化,故目前已被廣泛的拿來當作探討in vitro藥物通透與益生菌或致病菌吸附的實驗model。
