  3. PATHFINDER Pathfinder Objecten ‘optellen’, ‘aftrekken’ of opdelen. Selecteer de objecten > kies bewerking die je wilt. (Pictogrammen spreken voor zichzelf) ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  4. APPEARANCE MENU Appearance menu Samenvatting van alle features van geselecteerd object. Window > Appearance • Stroke toevoegen • Fill toevoegen • Opacity ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  5. STROKE TOEVOEGEN 1 Stroke toevoegen Voorbeeld: Straat tekenen 1. Teken met Pen-tool [P] een simpel path. ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  6. STROKE TOEVOEGEN 2 Stroke toevoegen Voorbeeld: Straat tekenen 2. Open Appearance menu. Selecteer het path. Kies een witte stroke van 50 pt. ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  7. STROKE TOEVOEGEN 3 Stroke toevoegen Voorbeeld: Straat tekenen 3. Voeg een stroke toe en maak hem zwart en 48 pt dik. ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  8. STROKE TOEVOEGEN 4 Stroke toevoegen Voorbeeld: Straat tekenen 4. Voeg een stroke toe en maak hem wit en 3 pt dik en gestippeld. ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  9. STROKE TOEVOEGEN 5 Stroke toevoegen Voorbeeld: Straat tekenen 5. Resultaat; samenvatting in Appearance menu. ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  10. BRUSHES Wat is een brush? Met een brush kun je paths tekenen met zeer gecompliceerde strokes. De brush is een krachtige tool om creatieve strokes te maken. Brushes vind je onder het menu Brushes [Window>Brushes] Soorten brushes: • Calligraphical brush • Scatter brush • Art brush • Pattern brush ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  11. BRUSHES object Hoe werkt een Brush? Met een brush teken je eigenlijk met een eerder opgegeven object. • Je kunt met het object tekenen(Calligrapic brush, werkt niet met alle objecten) • Object om het pad laten ‘scatteren’(Scatter brush) • Object uitrekken over path.(Art brush) • Object herhalen over path.(Pattern brush) ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  12. BRUSHES Gitaar snaar maken Gitaarsnaren tekenen met een brush. • Zet grid aan [CTRL + “] • Snap to grid [SHIFT + CTRL + “] • Teken gedeelte van patroon: ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  13. BRUSHES Gitaar snaar maken • Selecteer alles. • Brush-menu > New Brush > New Pattern Brush ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  15. BRUSHES Gitaar snaar maken • Selecteer Brushtool [B] • Selecteer jouw snaar Brush • Tekenen maar! ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  16. KLEUREN Illustrator en kleur Grote kleuren database in Illustrator Belangrijke onderdelen: • Color-panel [Window > Color] • Color-guide [Window > Colorguide] • Swatches (Stalen) [Window > Swatches] • Swatch Libraries [Swatches menu] ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  17. KLEUREN • Color-panel [Window > Color] Bepaal de kleur van je fill en je stroke. Verschillende kleurmodi beschikbaar (CMYK, RGB, ...) 2. Color-guide [Window > Color-guide] Kies bijpassende kleur. Contrast, complementair....etc. ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  18. KLEUREN 3. Swatches [Window > Swatches] Kleurverzamelingen. Voorgedefinieerd of zelf maken. 4. Swatch Library Voorgedefinieerde kleurverzamelingen. ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2

  19. KLEUREN - SPECIAAL Gradients (Verlopen) Illustrator kent ook gradients. Handig hierbij is de Gradienttool en het Gradientmenu. ILLUSTRATOR - AVOND 2
