  2. The Semester is ending… • This time of the year offers the opportunity for you to assess the success of the students in your classes • During Finals Week • Through Final Grades

  3. Finals Week • Tuesday, December 15-19 • Classes need to meet during final examination week - during the scheduled time. • The Finals Week Schedule is available online at: http://www.sru.edu/pages/5647.asp

  4. Your Choice • Giving a final exam is your decision • If you choose to administer a final exam: • The exam must take place during final exam week • Cannot be administered prior to December 15 • If you choose not to administer a final exam: • You are required to meet with the students at the scheduled time during final exam week

  5. Final Grades • Grades are to be: • Returned by faculty members • Office of Academic Records and Summer School, 107 Old Main • Not sent via campus or US mail • Grades are due • Prior to 8:00 AM, Tuesday, December 22, 2009
