  2. Printing Pick Tickets Pick Tickets Reform will receive files from a directory. Reform will determine the correct form overlay and send it to a printer. For Pick Tickets, Reform will print 1 copy on plain paper, and 1 copy on yellow paper with pricing blacked out. Slide Complete

  3. New Purchase Order in DAC Awaiting approval You Got Mail!! Purchase Order For Purchase Orders, the form will be created on letterhead and then forwarded for review in DAC. When approved, Reform will add a signature image and send a copy of the PO to Fortis. Authorized User Slide Complete

  4. Printing And saving to Fortis Invoices For Invoices, Reform will create the form, add OMR marks and print 1 copy and send a copy to Fortis. Slide Complete

  5. Process for Statements –AIR, Checks, ACH Printing And saving to Fortis For Statements-AIR, checks and ACH cover sheets, Reform will print 1 copy of each document and send a copy of each document to Fortis. Slide Complete
